Process
How we work
At BV Industries, we understand that building a custom home can be an overwhelming process. That is why we offer a transparent approach to custom home building services, so you are never left in the dark about your new home.
Investigation
During the initial stages of our process, we always take the time to get to know each individual client and what they are looking for in their new home. We will discuss their vision and how that translates into particular style, needs and budget. We also look at the property where it will be built and how it will mesh with the landscape.
Construction
During this stage, the land will be prepared, the building site staked out on the property, and the construction will begin. Our custom app will keep you updated every step of the way. You will also receive prompts to choose details like roof colour, doors, cabinetry, heating or electrical requirements, and much more! Soon every decision and choice will unfold, and your vision will come to life.
Completion
When your house is nearly finished, we will walk through with you, and make a final deficiency list. When complete, the final inspections by the Engineers and local Building Officials will occur and occupancy will be permitted. We then sit down with you and provide for you the New Home Warranty manual and sign the final paperwork. All that is left is to hand over the keys!
